Millennium Europe is a technology-driven broker dealer specializing in fixed income securities. We are one of the leaders in trading European corporate bonds on leading electronic trading platforms. Our clients include institutional investors, banks, RIAs, insurance companies and other dealers. At Millennium, we have an efficient and experienced team focused on the highest performance standards. Our team is located in the City of London, UK. Our current and planned trading platforms are built in-house using core Java technology by our talented team of developers and traders who use the existing platforms daily.

Our Team

Caroline Serdarevic, Head of Millennium Europe

Caroline is Head of Millennium Europe. She joined the firm in January 2016 from Algomi, where she was European Head of Sales. Prior to this, Caroline’s background is in institutional Credit Sales, most recently as a Director at Citi, and previously Morgan Stanley and RBS, covering UK Real Money institutions for cash and derivative credit products. Caroline has a BA (Hons) in Law from the University of Oxford, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Joe Feerick, Managing Director

Joe Feerick is Managing Director at Millennium Europe Limited. Prior to joining Millennium Europe Limited, Joe worked at MarketAxess Europe Limited for 12 years, first as the Head of Technology and then as the Head of Product Management. During his tenure Joe was instrumental in the set up and development of the MarketAxess Europe’s Electronic Trading Platform, responsible for design, build out and business development of significant Credit product trading initiatives and supporting services.

Prior to this Joe worked for ABN AMRO for 4 years, latterly as the Business Manager for Global Government Bond Trading. Before that he worked for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) for 3 years as a management consultant. Significant projects included consulting with the London Stock Exchange on the implementation of their Electronic Order Book Trading Platform (SETS). Joe began his career with 3 years as a Mechanical Engineer within the UK Ministry of Defence.

Joe has a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol, and is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and Member of the British Computer Society (MBCS). He holds FCA CF1, CF10, CF11 and CF30 functions for Millennium Europe Limited.

Edward Zaremba, Head of Technology

Our developers are involved throughout the entire project process, spending time with traders and quantitative analysts generating ideas, discussing their designs with other developers, building, testing, and releasing their software into production, and supporting projects once they are live. We're always looking for self-starters interested in working in a fast-paced environment with lots of creative autonomy.
